The SSIP brings together service agencies, education, health, municipalities, the business community as well as immigrants to ensure a seamless experience for newcomers to the region.
It does not deliver services directly to newcomers but provides a collaborative platform to facilitate the development and implementation of sustainable solutions for the successful integration of newcomers that are in the Southwest Saskatchewan region.

The Partnership Council develops the focus and parameters for strategic directions and action plans for the SSIP, as well as facilitates flexible and inclusive discussions, shared learning and coordination between and among key stakeholders.
